Saudade de Voce does not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any sale item unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask to consider this before committing to a purchase.

We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.
Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
WE ONLY ACCEPT AND EXCHANGE OR CREDIT IF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:

• Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order, after we have received your returned parcel, we will send you the new item along with a voucher for the remaining amount in an email.

What if my order arrives damage?

How long does domestic shipping take?
Standard orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days. Orders are in transit business days only. Please be aware that at times, unexpected delays may occur which Saudade de Voce has no control over and is not responsible for.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. As soon as we process your order and your package has left, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
